Refund policy

Standard items

You can cancel a non-personalised order by emailing contact@craftmag.co.uk within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Email us for return instructions.

We refund returned goods within 14 days of receiving them, including standard outbound delivery costs when you cancel the whole order. Refunds go to your original payment method. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for diminished value caused by excessive handling.

Personalised items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Problems with an order

Email contact@craftmag.co.uk with your order number and details. We will arrange the appropriate remedy under your statutory rights. These rights are not limited by this policy.

Optional cancellation notice

Email contact@craftmag.co.uk stating: I wish to cancel my order for [goods], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Include your order number, name, address and the date of your notice.
