Shopping with Craftmag

These terms apply to orders placed through craftmag.co.uk. For enquiries, contact contact@craftmag.co.uk.

Products and personalisation

Read the description, dimensions and options before ordering. Please check all names, spelling and personalisation instructions carefully. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once production has started. This does not affect your rights where we make an error or goods do not match the agreed description.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The checkout shows your total, including applicable taxes and delivery, before you pay. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. UK standard delivery costs £3.80, or is free for orders of £50 or more. See our Shipping policy for delivery estimates and help with delays.

Cancellations and returns

See our Return and refund policy for cancellation instructions, refunds and the rules for personalised goods. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory consumer rights.
